Authorize shipping lines for external operations

Run the Authorize shipping lines for external operations process to authorize one or more shipping lines for external operations at the same time. Alternatively, you can choose to undo the authorization.

Once the lines have been authorized, shipping notes can be created for the external operations.

A shipping line for external operations can be authorized only if:

• The shipping date entered is not in the past.
• A supplier has been entered.
• The value of the Quantity field is not '0'.
