Stock transactions

The Stock transactions form lists the stock transactions in a particular period. Use the selection fields to filter the data, in order to show only those details you are interested in.

Stock transactions are created when:

• An opening stock is entered
• Shipping notes are created
• Receipts, issues, and shipping notes are processed
• Manual corrections are made as a result of inventories and stock counts

The information registered for stock transactions includes:

• The part of which the stock was changed
• The nature of the change
• The date of the change
• The current stock
• The stock valuation method used for the part at the time the stock transaction was committed
• Whether it is an unplanned part issue to a production order, in which case the 'AC line' column will be activated.

Note: Changes to the part flow that do not affect the stock (for instance, in the case of a purchase to order) can be displayed on the Other part transactions form.
