Run the Create sales order reservations process to create sales order reservations (general journal entries). The reservations created will be displayed on the General journal entries form. You can check and correct them there before processing them with the Process general journal entries option.
Specify whether the reservation is for costs or turnover. Depending on the reservation type, enter the sum in the Cost reservation, Interim results, or Interim WIP results section.
The description is used for the interim result posted. It is included in the description of the journal entry, the description of the sales order reservation, and the processed general journal entry.
If you select this check box, the reservation is created and immediately processed. If you do not select this check box, the creation and processing of the reservation are two separate steps. This allows the project leader, for example, to create a reservation and leave the processing to the controller.
