The Sales value log lists all changes to the sales value of the sales line. This allows you to see the value changes over time, which form the basis for the overviews 'Offer intake' and 'Order intake' (Sales overview form, 'Offer intake' and 'Order intake' presets). The Sales value log shows how the intake overviews were created. The Impact on offer intake and Impact on order intake options set for the sales status determine whether a change of the sales value will be included in the intake overviews. The intake overviews do not include any changes in the sales value that have been identified as having no impact on the intake, whereas the Sales value log form shows all sales value changes.
Example
In June, a sales employee takes a look at the order intake details. The Sales value log form tells him that the customer of OR15-0010 increased his initial $ 100 order twice (sales line 010), reduced his $ 800 order (sales line 020), and completely canceled one order (sales line 030).
