Working with clusters

Isah allows you to create operation clusters and to use them during the execution of the work. This means that similar operations can be completed all at once.

Also SFC now allows you to use clusters. You can create these clusters in Isah and then use them in SFC, or you can add the clusters in SFC.

In order to be able to use clusters, enable the Create or change clusters setting in the Isah configuration tool. Then grant the people responsible in SFC rights to create and change clusters. Other SFC users will be able to start and stop clusters, but will not be able to create or change them.

If an employee starts a cluster in SFC, all operations in the cluster will be started at the same time. When actual hours are processed in Isah, they will be distributed over the cluster, taking into account the preliminary ratios.
