Customers

Customers can be displayed in a list or on a map. In either case, select a customer by clicking it.

The Customers form lists all customers entered in Isah, with the exception of obsolete customers (the Obsolete check box on the General tab in Isah is selected). On the menu bar at the top of the form, more customer forms are available, including My customers, Debtors and Relations. All forms on the menu bar are overviews of customers in Isah, but they all have their own filter ('preset'). Each of these forms only show those customers that meet particular conditions.

Some of the presets used in the CRM app are also available in Isah.

My selection

 

Your own selection of customers, which you specify by using the filter button. If you save the filter, you will see the first 500 customers that meet the criteria you have specified. For example, if you enter 'a' in the Name field, and '100' in the ZIP code field, then Manhattan-based customers whose name contain an 'a' are displayed. When you restart the app, the most recently used filter will be active.

My customers

All customers for which the logged in user is specified in the Sales employee field on the General tab.

Debtors

All customers for which the Copy to financial records check box on the Financial tab is selected.

Relations

All prospective customers; the Copy to financial records check box on the Financial tab is not selected.

Obsolete

All customers for which the Obsolete field on the General tab is active

Domestic

All customers for which the country on the General tab is the same as the country specified in the Isah settings as the country in which your company is established

International

All customers for which the country on the General tab is not the same as the country specified in the Isah settings as the country in which your company is established

My group

All customers for which the group on the Financial tab is the same as the group specified in the app Settings

My line of business

All customers for which the line of business on the General tab is the same as the line of business specified in the app Settings

My region

All customers for which the region on the General tab is the same as the region specified in the app Settings.

Once you have selected a customer, the customer data will appear. A task bar appears on the left, allowing you to display more detailed data about the customer.

Options

CRM - Log out

Click this icon to log out.

CRM - Add customer

Click this icon to add a new company to your customer base.

Find

The Find option lets you search not just customer names, but all columns. This means you can search all text on the form.
