Starting an unplanned operation

Open the operations form.

Adding a line

Click this button to add an unplanned operation.

 

First a form will appear listing all orders that have been loaded. Select the order you want to add the operation to. If you cannot find the order you are looking for, use the filter button to display the other orders.

Available orders

If the filter button looks like this, you will only see the orders containing the selected operation. Click this button to remove the filter and see all available orders.

Filter off

If the filter button looks like this, all available orders are displayed. Click the button to display only the orders associated with the selected operation.

 

After you have selected the order, choose a department. If a department was selected in the operations filter, this step will be skipped.

To select a different department, click this button to open the department selection form.

 

On the capacity group selection form, select the capacity group that will perform the unplanned operation. The unplanned operation is now added. Only this new operation will be displayed and can be started.

Note: You can start unplanned operations only if you have the appropriate rights and you are not working on another operation.

Back to all operations

If you do not want to start the operation now, and want to leave the form, click the Isah logo to return to your start screen, or click this button on the right-hand side of the form. The unplanned operation will be added to the order, and can be started at a later time.
