Click this icon to add a new line for the registration of absence hours. Enter absence hours to account for time you were scheduled to work, but were in fact absent, for example because you had special leave or because you had to visit your doctor or dentist. |
Confirm the line to return to your week report. |
The new absence line is now displayed in your week report. Click the hour line below a day to specify hours.
Save your changes. |

To add details to an absence line, such as the start and end time or a comment, click the line underneath the relevant day and then click this icon. Enter further details in the window that appears. |
