Enhancements to the Document delivery method form

To make the Document delivery method form suitable for sending electronic messages using Supply Chain Integration,

• the Attachment(s) field has been added to the Email tab.
• The settings for document links on the General tab are available only if in the Attachment(s) field on the Email tab, you chose to email reports (whether or not in addition to electronic messages).
• The Document delivery method field can now contain 15 characters rather than just 3.
