Week report functionality for managers

Click the Employees menu item and then, in the submenu, click the name of the employee whose week report you want to review and authorize.

TR: Authorize week report

Click this icon to authorize the week report.

Note: You can also authorize the week report if the employee has not done so himself/herself. The hours can then be processed in Isah immediately.

TR: Undo authorization

Click this icon if you detect an issue in the week report that should be corrected by the employee. This will undo the authorization by the employee and notify the employee that action is required.

TR: Authorization status

This icon in the week bar shows the status of the authorization; click it to display more detailed information. The icon color may vary:

TR: Authorization status

If the entire icon is light gray, the employee has not yet authorized the week report, and neither have you.

TR: Authorization status

If the first check mark is red, the employee should have authorized the week report, but has not done so yet.

TR: Authorization status

If the first check mark is blue but the second is not, the week report has been authorized by the employee, but not by you.

TR: Authorization status

If the entire icon is blue, both you and your employee have authorized the week report.

Note: Isah TR can be configured to allow only authorization of weeks that are fully accounted for. If this has been configured for your organization, the icon to authorize the week report is inactive as long as any hours have not been accounted for.

Tip: To authorize multiple week reports in succession, select the Automatically open next week report available for authorization check box. Isah TR will then continue to jump to the next week report to be authorized, until you have reached the last week report to be authorized.
