Tasks

The Tasks form lists all scheduled service tasks that have been assigned to you or your team. When you start the app, you will see a list of the scheduled tasks assigned to you.

Any details already retrieved will still be available when you are working offline. New details can only be retrieved when you are online.

When are tasks displayed?

To view scheduled tasks, you have various options:

MFS: Day view

Day view: This view shows the scheduled tasks sorted by day. The start date and time determine the order in which the tasks are displayed. You can browse to view all scheduled tasks. In addition to the details of the service task to be performed, also a description of the work required is displayed.

MFS: Week view

Week view: This view shows the tasks scheduled for an entire week. The start date determines the day the task is displayed on, and the start time determines the order in which the tasks are displayed for that day. You see details of the service task to be performed. You can browse to view previous or subsequent weeks for which tasks have been scheduled. If a task has been scheduled for the weekend, also the weekend is displayed in the week view.

MFS: Task details

To view more information about a scheduled task, open the detail form of the task by clicking the icon (shown here) or by double-clicking the task.

The task detail form consists of several tabs displaying information retrieved from Isah, including associated objects and messages. Most details are read-only.

You need to be online in order to retrieve the details, but once retrieved, they will remain available, even if you are working offline.

Tip: Tabs are only displayed if relevant details exist in Isah. For example, if no objects for a task are available in Isah, the Objects tab will not be displayed for that task in Isah MFS. This also applies to fields: empty fields are hidden automatically, so that the screen only shows relevant details.
