The Registrations tab displays time registration details, part issues, costs incurred, and (where appropriate) the reason and solution for the customer call.
The Time registration section lists all closed hour lines created for the selected task. In most cases, the lines were created automatically after you changed a status, for example to 'En route' or 'Work in progress'.
Note: Any open hour lines (hour lines that have started, but have not been stopped yet) are listed on the Task tab. This tab also allows you to stop the travel or work time.
If you have the appropriate rights, you can add, change or delete hour lines on this tab. You may also have rights to register hours of a colleague who has been working on the same task; in that case, you will see an additional field in which you can enter the details of this colleague.
The hour lines on this tab can also be viewed in the Isah Time Registration module, where they can be processed.
