At the bottom of the form, space is provided for a signature. Ask the customer to put his signature for approval, and enter his name. Also enter his email address, to be used to send him a confirmation via email. If the customer has placed his signature, a confirmation email with a document attached will be sent to him automatically. The document to be attached and the send details to be used are defined in the customer settings in Isah. In order to send the email, the recipient's email address and the send details from Isah are required, as well as settings for the mail service in the Isah Configuration Tool. Any emails sent are displayed on the Documents sent form. |
To correct the signature, click this icon to delete it. You can do so as long as the signature has not been saved. |

Click this icon to save the data. You cannot save the details until a name has been filled in and a signature has been placed. |
The task status has now changed to 'Approved by customer'.
Note: Before you can use the 'Approved by customer' or 'Closed' status, you must finalize the task.
