Fields
Net time present
This field contains the time you were present on this day. The background color (red or green) shows whether the employee has been present for long enough, taking into account the schedule and any absence lines. Insufficient presence hours are accounted for by entering absence lines. SFC can be configured to open the absence registration form, where appropriate.
Note: If you don't use SFC to register presence, the Net time present field is always red and set to 0:00.
To be registered
This field shows the presence hours that have not been registered yet.
Note: If you are not using SFC to track presence, the value of the To be registered field is either '0:00' or negative (0:00 minus the time registered).
Net time
The net time is usually the time without breaks (based on the working hours table). If the time in this field is displayed in bold, then the break was not deducted from the timed worked.
To change the setting of this field to include the break in the working hours (or to exclude it from working hours), click the Net time field. Use the Net time button in Shop Floor Control to toggle between the two settings.
Tip: In Isah, use the Break field on the Time registration tab to control whether the break is deducted from the working hours by default.
Net time registered
This field contains the total net time the employee has accounted for on this day. The background color (red or green) shows whether it is sufficient, considering the presence hours.
If insufficient hours are accounted for, you may not be able to use the Log out button, depending on the SFC settings. The button may be disabled, or SFC may ask you to confirm that you want to log out, despite the fact that not enough hours have been accounted for.
If the Log out button is not available, you can make it available only by making sure enough hours are accounted for.
