Use the Working hours table lines form to register the actual working hours and break times for each working hours table.
Register Working hours table lines to enable Isah to look up the rate applicable to the relevant period, for example an overwork rate of 125%. In addition, the hour type is specified for each working hours table line, such as 'Overtime before', 'Regular hours', or 'Overtime afterwards'. This allows the different working hours table lines to be grouped by hour type.
Break lines are included to enable the break hours to be automatically deducted from the total time worked in the time registration stage. This calculation on the hour line can be corrected manually if the actual break was longer or shorter.
If you are using a table with fixed working hours, register the actual working hours. If you are using a table with variable working hours, you need to register the full 24 hours of the day.
Note: When creating lines for working hours of the 'Variable' type, all 24 hours must be accounted for.
Isah Time Registration
If you are using Isah Time Registration to register time, Isah will use the information from the working hours tables to determine the number of scheduled hours by employee. In order to determine the time an employee is scheduled to work, Isah takes the employee's working hours table and adds up the hours of all hour lines of the type 'Normal working hours'. If, for example, an employee has been scheduled to work a day shift with standard working hours from 08:00 to 17:00 and a half-hour break, then the employee is scheduled for eight hours per day, even if additional overwork rules have been defined ('Special working hours').
