Configuration

Configuration of Isah CRM is done in several locations.

Isah Configuration is a tool you use to configure users, groups, permissions and general settings.
In Isah CRM, the Settings window allows you to configure default settings for various windows in the app.
In Isah, general program rights can be assigned for Isah CRM and Isah forms; as noted above, these permissions can also be configured in the Isah Configuration tool

Logo

If you want to display your company logo in the login window of Isah CRM, place it in the folder that the Isah CRM Webservices are installed to, for instance c:\inetpub\wwwroot\Isah CRM. The file must be named 'logo.png'. It will be visible to all users who log in to your CRM environment.
