Employee/group details

In the column Employee/group details you can change settings or permissions for the employee or group you have selected in the left column (Employees and groups).

If you want to delete a group or a user from Mobile Field Service, select that group or user in the Employees and groups overview. Click Remove to remove the selected user or group from Mobile Field Service. The user/group will will no longer have rights to access Mobile Field Service and will disappear from the Employees and groups overview.

Note: You will still find removed users in the Add employees/groups list, because the Remove button only removes Mobile Field Service rights, not the users themselves. Groups you remove will be gone from the Mobile Field Service configuration tool, but will still exist in Isah.

The warehouse and location in these fields cannot be modified. They are the values that have been entered in the Settings form, and they apply to all Isah MFS users that do not have a more specific warehouse or location connected to their user name or user group.

If you want to deviate from these general settings for a specific user name or user group, use the Warehouse and Location fields below the default values.

If a specific user or user group does not use the warehouse and/or location registered in the default settings (see Default warehouse and Default location), select the user or user group under Employees and groups and specify a new warehouse and location in these fields.

Isah MFS only uses the warehouse and location for unplanned parts issues. Employees can only issue these unplanned parts if:

these parts have at least one stock line
they are situated in the warehouse and on the location specified for the Isah MFS user. If no location has been entered, all locations within the specified warehouse are valid.

Planned parts are always issued from the warehouse and location specified in the order.

By activating or de-activating these fields, you can add a user to groups or remove them from a group.

For Isah Mobile Field Service, the following permissions can be granted (or revoked), in Isah or in the configuration tool:
