As an application administrator, you use the Drive Mappings tab to enter drive letter mappings and matching UNC paths. You can specify a UNC path for every drive letter. In order to view documents by means of web services the complete UNC path is required. If a document in Isah is added with a drive letter, the drive letter will be converted to the UNC path specified on the Drive Mappings tab.
Note: Restart the web service to activate the settings.
