To limit the amount of data the app needs to retrieve from the database, it is possible to set time limits on various types of data available in Isah CRM. The app will work faster if only a small amount of data is requested, and limiting the time zone will also eliminate data that is less relevant to your work.
For each of the items, set the way in which you want to limit the data. Once you enter the method, for instance 'Months', a new field will become visible in which you can enter a specification, such as the number of months. Once you have entered this specification, Isah Configuration displays the start date behind the field.
All: show all data
Date: show only data after the date you enter here
Months: show all data going back the number of months you enter here (the current month is included in this number)
Quarters: show all data going back the number of quarters you enter here (the current quarter is included in this number)
Years: show all data going back the number of years you enter here (the current year is included in this number)
Please note: These settings will limit information in the CRM app. If you wish to see turnover data for 10 years, but the setting for your sales turnover is two years, you will either have to change the setting or view the turnover data in Isah.
