1. Go to the server on which the SFC Web Service has been installed and log in as Windows Administrator.
2. In Windows, go to Turn Windows features on or off (Programs & Features).
3. Go to .Net Framework 4.X Advanced Services -> WCF Services and activate the following options:
   • HTTP Activation
   • TCP Port Activation
   • TCP Port Sharing

Remarks

• .NET Framework 4.X: this can be 4.5, 4.6 of 4.7, depending on the Windows version and installation.
• On a Windows server OS, you can find this under Add roles and features: Web Server (IIS) role and .NET Framework 4.X features.

Please note: It may be necessary to restart the server after installing these features.
