Activate the External login option in the SFC Web Service:

1. Start the Isah Configuration Tool.
2. Log in to the SFC Web Service.
3. Go to the Settings tab and activate External login allowed.

Activate the External login option on SFC terminals and pc's:

1. Start SFC.
2. Log in as the SFC administrator. An SFC administrator is an SFC user with permissions for program code 500130000: Shop Floor Control / Change application settings.
3. Go to the Settings window ().
4. Activate the External login allowed field on the General tab.
5. Repeat these steps for all SFC terminals and pc's that will be used with External login.
