Checking journal lines and correcting errors
  1. In the General Settings module, navigate to the Log form.
  2. Check the lines. If the Assign database code process is unable to assign a database to a journal line, Isah will log a message for that journal line. The messages are created with code 210000 and the description 'Customization table JNP databases'. The memo field of the messages contains the following text: 'Unable to assign a database to JNP. Entry number: XXX JNP-Type: YY Method: ZZZ'.

Use the entry number and the journal entry type to find the journal line in the overview of journal entries. The method shows which piece of information from the journal line Isah is using to assign the database. Any problems are often caused by a missing link between the piece of information the method looks for and a company in the Additional central data folder.

  3. Once you have found and removed the cause of the error, run the Assign database code process again.

Note: If you do not see any error messages, there are no errors or the log settings are incorrect. You can check the log settings as follows:
- In the General Settings module, navigate to the Log settings
form. Check for any lines for which message type '3' is selected. If there are no such lines, add a line with message type '3', and then execute the Assign database code process again.
