When you log in to Shop Floor Control (SFC), your personal home page is displayed, where you can start operations, register issues, finalizing parts, etcetera. To return to the homepage, click the Isah logo. This Home button will always take you back to your personal homepage.
The content of your homepage depends on a number of factors, which are outlined below:
If you are not working on an operation in SFC, you will be taken to a list of operations that are ready to be started.
If you are working on an operation, you will be taken to this current operation, which can also be an general action, such as 'Meeting'.
There are only two exceptions to this rule:
If your terminal has been configured to use work order numbers, production order numbers or production file numbers, you will not see a list of operations. To start a new operation, you need to enter the work order number, production order number or production file number, and then you will be taken to the relevant location in SFC. Once you have started an operation, the terminal behavior will be the same as always, in that you will be taken to the current operation.
It is possible that the terminal you log in to is configured to register presence and absence only. If so, no operations will be displayed after you have logged in, and it is not possible to specify activities. If you arrive late or leave early, you can specify a reason, however.
Note: SFC always displays only those operations that match the operation filter selected on the settings form. The content of the filter definition can be displayed in Isah Configuration.
