The warehouse and location shown here are the default warehouse and location for the logged-in user. These details are used when issuing parts.
The fields may contain the warehouse and location that are used for all employees; in that case the values have been configured in the general settings in Isah Configuration. If a different warehouse location applies to the logged-in user, then that location is defined in the user data in Isah Configuration.
Task details are also available off line, provided they were downloaded to the data carrier of the service engineer. Use this setting to specify whether the details are to be downloaded automatically when you accept a service task. You can choose from 'Always', 'Never', or 'Ask'.
Always
Isah MFS will download the details:
When you accept a task
If you immediately assign a higher status, such as 'Travel start', to a task that has not been accepted yet.
Never
Isah MFS will not download the details automatically; you can download them yourself when it suits you by clicking the button.
Ask
If you choose 'Ask', you can specify whether you want to download the details immediately, or later by clicking the button.

Other
Click Isah Mobile Field Service Help to display the Isah MFS Web Help. You need an Internet connection to view the Help.
Isah MFS logs all the actions performed and their status. By default, a minimum of information is logged. Isah Support may ask you to temporarily set a different level, in order to log more information about the behavior of the app. Use the Log file detail list box to select the level recommended by Isah Support.
To view the logged information, click Open folder containing log files. The log files will enable Isah Support to investigate the behavior of the app.
