The search option is available on forms that have lists, such as the Operations form. To start searching, first activate the search box. You can do this in several ways:
Using the keyboard shortcut CTRL+F
By right-clicking a list and choosing 'Find' from the menu that appears
On touch screens: by holding the list for a few seconds, and then selecting 'Find' in the menu that appears.
Now type your search term. The search option always immediately filters the list, so that only lines matching your search term will be displayed after your search.
Remarks
If your terminal is set to 'Detailed information', the search feature will search across all columns of the list that is currently displayed on the Operations form. To add more columns to your form, use the Column Chooser. If a field you need is missing from the Column Chooser, ask your application administrator whether the field is available as an additional field. Additional fields can be enabled in Isah Configuration.
If your terminal is set to 'Basic information', the search feature will search across a limited number of columns. You cannot search by date or numeric fields. Again, the search feature only searches the columns you have included on your Operations form. This search method does, however, offer more standard fields to choose from than the detailed search method. You can see these fields when you open the Column Chooser.
Note: If your terminal is set to 'Enter operation', enter the appropriate production order or work order number. (The option to search a list of operations is disabled, as it is not relevant in this case.)
