New fields in Isah

The following fields have been added to Isah to control new functionality in Shop Floor Control:

• Parts, Calculation/production: Generate during production (lot numbers)
• Default values, Production: Label layout, Pallet label lay-out
• Parts, Calculation/production: Label layout, Pallet label lay-out
• Parts, Object: Link objects
