The Sales offers and Sales orders forms (Specification tab) and the Production files form (Planning tab) now have additional functionality to allow hours to be authorized in Isah Time Registration.
The Person responsible field, which was already available on all of these forms, is now used to control the new Authorize hours field. This latter field has been added to all of these forms in Isah.
If a person responsible has been filled in, and you are using Isah Time Registration, you can select the Authorize hours check box. This ensures that any hours to be registered against this order during production cannot be processed in Isah unless the person responsible has authorized them. The person responsible will see the hours to be authorized on the new Responsible for form in Isah Time Registration for Desktop.
The values in the Person responsible and Authorize hours fields are copied from sales offers and orders to underlying production files and orders, but they can still be changed there. The person responsible specified for the production order is ultimately the person who will have to authorize the hours for processing.
