Desktop: Responsible for

Isah Time Registration for Desktop now has a Responsible for form. This form is part of the new functionality that allows you to authorize production hours separately from week reports.

The Responsible for form is displayed only if you have the appropriate rights. The form lists any unauthorized hour lines that you, as the person responsible, need to approve. These lines will be displayed if:

• You are the person responsible for one or more production orders
• The settings specify that the person responsible must authorize the time registration for the production order in question
• The employee performing the work has authorized the week report containing the relevant hours.

Production hours can be processed only after the person responsible has approved them.

Use the Authorize hours option on a production order to indicate whether the production order has any designated persons responsible. Authorization of production hours can be set to be required or optional for individual production orders.
