A week report may have locked lines. A line may be locked because it is already processed (for example, because the week was partly authorized due to the month-end closing), or because it originates from another application (for example, hours registered in Isah). If you want to add hours to such a line, you need to add the line again.
To simplify this process, both the Desktop and the Smartphone versions now offer a copy feature.
In the Desktop version, right-click the line you want to copy, and then choose to copy the activity. In the Smartphone version, select the line to open the detail form, where a copy icon is displayed on the toolbar.
If you are trying to copy a line that cannot be copied because the hour code is not available for Isah TR, a message will be displayed.
