This value depends on the identification method of your own company (@schemeID) as set on the Supply Chain tab of PurchaseDocument.VendId in T_Vendor:

• Customer.SCSNId --> schemeID = empty
• Customer.COCNr --> schemeID = NL:KVK
• Customer.VATNr --> schemeID = NL:VAT
• Customer.GLNCode --> schemeID = GLN
