If this setting is active, Isah MFS users see documents based on the document permissions set in Isah (form 0624). If this setting is not active, Isah MFS shows all documents for an operation or order.
Activate this field to save signed service tasks into separate folders per production order. If this setting is not active, all signed service tasks will be saved to the same folder. In both cases, the path to the folder is determined by several settings in Isah:
Main folder: Basic data form, Documents tab, Main documents folder
Subfolder by entity type (optional): Basic data form, Documents tab, Subfolder by entity type
If this is activated, Isah adds a subfolder to the main folder. The name is the entity type, for instance 'Production order'. This folder name will be translated into the language set as the standard language in Isah.
Primary key: A subfolder with the the production order file code as its name
Document type: If you save documents per document type, you can determine further subfolders there.
If Save files per production order is inactive, the folder will be determined as follows:
Use these fields to set the default values for documents that are added in Isah MFS. In Isah MFS, only the document group is visible; the document type and status are are found in the document form in Isah.
Note: If you want to change the maximum file size for documents, please see Maximum file size for documents in Installation and Configuration Isah Mobile Field Service.
Drive Mapping
If you want to use drive letters for UNC paths, click the Add Mapping button on the Start tab. Specify a drive letter and the matching UNC path in the Drive Mapping field. Click OK to add the combination to the Drive Mappings list.
You can specify a UNC path for every drive letter. In order to view documents by means of web services the complete UNC path is required. If a document in Isah is added with a drive letter, the drive letter will be converted to the UNC path specified in the Drive Mapping field.
Note: Restart the web service to activate the settings.
To remove a combination of drive letter and UNC path, select it in the Drive Mapping list and click the Delete Mapping button on the Start tab.
