Checking Your Isah Version and Database Version

You can only install the Isah update when you are using the software versions as specified in the following table.

Software

Required Version Number

Isah

4.5 or higher

Current Database Version

4.5 or higher

Note: If you are updating from Isah version 4.5, please uninstall the Isah software (database patch excluded) before installing the new version.

To check which software version you are using:

  1. Start Isah.
  2. Open the Help menu, then click About. The About dialog box will display information about your Isah and database versions.
