Verify that SQL Server Full-Text Search is installed on the MS SQL Server. If that is not the case, please carry out the following steps:

1. Open the Programs and Features Control Panel.
2. Select Microsoft SQL Server [version number] and click Change.
3. When prompted to add, repair or remove, select Add.
4. Advance through the wizard until the Feature Selection screen. Then select Full-Text Search.
5. Follow the instructions on the screen and finish the installation.
