The Unprocessed page shows messages that could not be received or sent because the My company or Party configuration is incorrect. Messages only end up here if the system cannot match the identifications as set in Isah (GLN, COC, VAT or SCSN code) with a sending or receiving company or party.
After correcting the configuration, you can resend these messages from the Unprocessed page using the Requeue button.
