This page shows the messages you have received. The button Production/Test on top of the page allows you to toggle from your production to your test environment and back, if applicable. You will only see the messages that were received in the currently chosen environment.
Open the record by clicking on the arrow in front. For further information, find the message in Electronic messages in Isah.
If a message is set to 'Blocked', it cannot be processed into your database. Please contact Isah to resolve this problem.

This icon appears when a message has been received, but an error occurred while importing it into your database. Once the error has been resolved, click this icon to try importing it again. |

Delete the record. Please note that deleting messages will affect your statistics on the Home page. |
