Work data
This is the function group this person belongs to. Purposes of function groups include the registration of the actual costing rates of employees. This field is required.
Tip: The Personneltab of the Default values form allows you to specify a default value for this field that will apply to all employees. This value will be filled in automatically whenever a new employee is added. Where necessary, the value can be changed for the new employee.
This field is relevant if you have linked Isah to a direct time registration system (clocking).
Use this field to specify the capacity group this employee usually works in. This capacity group will be preset when the employee clocks in, so the employee only has to confirm the data. The capacity group can also be modified when the employee clocks in, for example if he or she is temporarily deployed in a different capacity group.
Leave this field blank if the employee does not always work in the same capacity group. The employee can then enter the capacity group when he or she clocks in.
This field can be used to specify the capacity group in which the employee is working even if you are not using a direct time registration system. In this case, the field will be informational only.
This field is used to classify an employee in a specific department. You might want to use departments when creating a schedule. Schedule lines can be created or deleted for the entire department at once. Departments can be used for the following processes:
Use this field to specify a default cost center for indirect hours. This default value will be used when an hour line for indirect hours is created for this employee in the Time Registration module. In this case, the cost center can also be included in the journalization.
