Create production file phase

Run the Create production file phase process to register the currently valid production file details in a phase. If you want to register a particular phase of a file, you need to do so before the file enters a new phase.

If you select this check box, any existing phase lines will be overwritten if they have the same phase code. Phases with other phase codes will not be affected.

Note: Only one phase line can be recorded for each phase code. If a production file already has a phase line with a particular phase code, the Create production file phase process can be run for the same phase only if the Overwrite existing phase check box is selected.

Select this check box to also record any underlying production files in the phase.
