Response times

Use the Response times form to specify the maximum permissible response times. The response time is the time that may elapse between the time the failure is reported and the time the work is commenced. If required, you can click the Contract pricesbutton to assign a price to the different response times. Response times are used when creating service contract versions. Combined with the setting of the Availabilityfield in the contract version, the Response time determines the latest start time of the work when you enter a service notification.
