Conditions/costs

Use the Conditions/costs form to register default conditions and corresponding costs, such as call-out charges. You can then use these in service contract versions. In addition, you can record the parts to be used to include these conditions and costs in a service order.

Prices can be subdivided into:

• A fixed sum to be included in the contract sum, for example a lump sum for call-out charges
• A sum to be included on a service order line, for example a sum for administrative charges. The number of times this sum will be calculated depends upon the number of service orders.

When creating service orders for preventive and/or corrective maintenance, the conditions and costs are automatically included as sales lines or sales sublines, depending on the settings in the relevant contract version.
