Use the Conditions/costs form to register default conditions and corresponding costs, such as call-out charges. You can then use these in service contract versions. In addition, you can record the parts to be used to include these conditions and costs in a service order.

When creating service orders for preventive and/or corrective maintenance, the conditions and costs are automatically included as sales lines or sales sublines, depending on the settings in the relevant contract version.
