Click the Personnel button on the Production calculation for operations form to link multiple employees to the selected operation line. To specify just one employee, use the Employee field on the General tab of the operation line instead of the Personnel button.

The linked employees are used in the lead time planning only if you are scheduling activities based on labor hours. In that case, the scheduled employees are displayed on the Daily personnel planning form and in the Capacity overview with the 'Personnel' preset applied.
