Use the Import hour lines from PD server process to import the hours created and released by the PD Server in Isah. During the import process, the line data will automatically be supplemented, so that the data can be processed. For example, the program will look up the working hours table linked to an employee code.
If the import process fails to import any lines, the reason for this failure will be displayed on the Processing information tab. The Released for processing check box will be selected for lines that have been imported correctly and for which correct data were found. This check box is available on the Input and processing tab.
Check
Before you import the hour lines, you can view the lines on the Time registration form. Lines registered by the PD Server are released for import into Isah once they have been closed. Hour lines that have not been released could be lines for which the end time has not been filled in. There are two ways of checking whether an hour line has been released for import:
Tip: You can also use the presets to show other lines. You could, for example, display only those lines that have been entered by the PD Server.
