To issue parts to a production order or cost center, register the issues in the Part issues transaction file. To record a registered issue, you also need to process the issue using Process part issues.
Note: To process just one issue line, select the line on the Part issues form, and then open the Process part issues item from the Edit menu.
Note: Only authorized issue lines can be processed. An issue line has been authorized when an issue date has been entered for the issue line on the Part issues form, and the Issue status field is set to 'Ready for processing'.
