When the Create offers/orders from notifications process is executed, an order is created on the Sales orders form. One or more sales lines are created.
To create the sales line, Isah uses the part registered for the notification type used in the service notification. You are recommended to use parts of the 'Service' type for this. If you want to work with production orders, you specify that, in addition to a sales order, also a production order should be created automatically. These parts could be registered under names such as 'Failure', 'Corrective', 'Service', etcetera.
Depending on the conditions/costs specified in the contract version, additional sales lines or sublines will be created for the costs to be invoiced, such as call-out charges.
