When the Process shipping notes process is run, an invoice recommendation is created for the parts delivered. Run the Process shipping notes without invoicing process to process shipping notes without a corresponding invoice recommendation being created.
Shipping notes processed in this way are displayed on the Processed shipping notes form. This behavior does require you to select the appropriate preset.
Note: Run the process only if you are sure that the shipping notes will never have to be invoiced. It is not possible to invoice shipping notes that have been processed without the invoicing option enabled.
Note: If the shipped parts have a 'Stock' origin, the stock is transferred using the Create shipping notes process. If the origin is 'Purchase' or 'Production' in combination with 'WIP location', the stock is transferred during the Process shipping notes process.
