The Turnover data form provides detailed information about the turnover realized, based on the invoices created. The form shows the invoice lines, including details from the invoice header, such as the invoice code and the debtor name. On the left-hand side of the form, specify the period of which you want to view the turnover.
In addition to the 'Default selection' preset, the form also has the 'Turnover data - detailed' and 'Turnover data by period' presets. Both presets display additional columns, such as 'part description' or 'customer name', making it easier for you to analyze the information in more detail.
Use the list functions to retrieve the turnover data you require, such as the turnover by customer, month, region, part, product group, or salesperson. You can also use them to show the totals of the Sum in base currency and Net sum columns, for example. Pivot tables allow you to analyze the data even further.
