Working in Outlook

Once the add-in has been installed, the Isah toolbar will appear in Outlook. Initially, you will only see the 'Log in' button, because you need to log in to Isah in order to use the add-in. Your rights cannot be verified until you have logged in to Isah.

  1. Logging in: In the Log in window, enter your user name, your password and the database you want to save the email to.
  2. Choosing an entity: To save an email, first specify the entity the email is to be saved with, for example a customer or a supplier.

    Tip: To set the visibility and order of the entities, click the Settings button.

  3. Select the email message(s) you want to save.

  5. Save the email by clicking OK. The email will now be converted into a document. You can display the documents linked to the line in Isah by clicking the Documents button. To determine the name the file is saved with, use the script function in Isah.
