Task bar

The task bar appears on the left of the form as soon as you select a customer. It contains various forms showing more detailed customer data. Each form allows you to register a new message by using the Add message option on the toolbar at the top right. Other additional options on the toolbar vary by form.

CRM - Expand task bar

Click the icon to show or hide the explanation of the menu bar.

CRM - Add message

Click this icon to add a message. You can add one or more actions to a message.

Messages follow the same logic as in Isah. This means that when a message is added to an offer, for example, it will automatically be linked to the corresponding customer and the offer. Isah takes into account the context in which messages are added and will ask for more information, if required. For instance, if you click the message icon on the Orders form, you have to select an order first before you can add the message.

The message will be displayed in Isah, and will be linked to all relevant entities, such as customer, order and part.
