The CRM app, which allows field employees to view customer and relation details on an iPad, is now compatible with Isah 4.7. It also includes some changes:
The Isah Configuration Tool has been developed to enable you to configure settings and user rights.
You can change the memo field and the description of your own messages.
You can change the memo field and the plan date of your own actions.
The app now also links messages to all entities linked to the selected component. For example, if you add a message to a sales offer, this message will be visible both in the sales offer details and in the details of the relevant customer. The CRM app follows the same logic as Isah in this respect.
Selections can now be linked to customers and to individual contacts.
The Isah Configuration Tool allows you to restrict periods for components, so you only see the details that are relevant to you, and these details are also loaded faster. You can restrict the period for the following data:
Sales offers
Sales orders
Invoiced turnover
Service contracts
Service messages
The Isah Configuration Tool allows you to set the selection groups to be available for the app, which reduces the number of selections in the app and makes them more manageable. You can also do this for message type groups in order to limit the available message types.
