Start menu

CRM - Start menu

The start menu can be found at the top left of the form. It has three options: Customers, My actions and Settings. Use the Customers and My actions options to access the data in Isah CRM.

Use the Customers option to display various cross-sections of your customer base. You could, for example, display all customers for which you are the sales employee, or all debtors. You can then zoom into more details, including customer messages, address data and contacts.

If you choose My actions, a calendar is displayed with your messages and actions. You can then view and edit these actions, for example by adding notes or finalizing them.

To switch between the two views, click the start menu and select the other option.

Use the Settings form to specify your preferences for the type of data you want to be displayed. You could, for instance, specify the line of business you want to filter on in the customer overview My line of business.
