As soon as you add a Relationship Management message, the Relationship Management message form will appear. Relationship Management messages can be added on various SFC forms:
The added messages are forwarded to Isah, where they can be handled by the persons responsible.

Note: In the SFC configuration tool, specify the Relationship Management types that should be available in SFC. To do so, specify the corresponding Relationship Management type groups in the Visible CRM types field. If you do not use this feature, all Relationship Management types will be available in SFC.
